We currently ship orders within the United Arab Emirates only.


2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Processing delays may occur if product verification or additional information is required.


3. Delivery Time

Delivery within the UAE typically takes:

  • 1–3 business days (Standard Delivery)

Please note:
Delivery times may vary depending on courier workload, weather conditions, remote areas, or holidays.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees vary depending on courier partners and order size.

  • Some orders may qualify for free delivery, depending on ongoing offers.

You will see the exact shipping fee during checkout before you make payment.


5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order:

  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation.

  • Once shipped, the courier will share tracking information (if available).

  • You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details to avoid delays.


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable:

  • They may try again

  • Or contact you to reschedule

  • Or return the parcel to us if the order cannot be delivered

For returned orders due to wrong address or failure to receive delivery, additional reshipment fees may apply.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Report the issue within 24–48 hours

  • Provide photos or videos for verification

We will replace or resolve the issue according to our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Delivery Responsibility

Once your order is marked “Delivered” by the courier:

  • Ownership transfers to the customer

  • Zahia Touch is not responsible for lost items after delivery confirmation

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
