At Zahia Touch, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective or not working as described.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item was damaged during shipping.

  • The product is not as described in the listing.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged by misuse or improper handling.

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Clearance/Final sale products stated as "Non-returnable".

  • Personal-care items for hygiene reasons (unless defective).

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

  • If the error is from our side, Zahia Touch covers the full return shipping cost.
